What delivery carriers do you use?
All retail orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Ground, USPS Priority, UPS, or DHL.
What are the average delivery timeframes?
All standard shipping orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. During collection launches and an increase of sales, more processing time may be needed which would be announced in the banner at the top of this page. Please watch for your ship confirmation email to advise when your order(s) have been shipped. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ship your order in as timely a manner as possible. Currently, all standard orders are shipped via USPS first class, USPS Ground, USPS Priority, DHL, or UPS.
*Once an order is processed and shipped, please refer to your carrier and tracking number to get estimated delivery dates and times.
Further, the overwhelming increase within parcel carriers may create an additional delay in the delivery of your order. Please check the shipment tracking link within your shipping confirmation email for the most updated information on the delivery of your shipment.
Express Shipping
We offer USPS Priority for express shipping.
Express shipping orders will be processed and shipped within the promised fulfillment time. Once your order is processed, it will ship out USPS priority. Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable.
International Orders
vjmtbh Organics ships to most countries.
- International orders may take 7-10 business days of processing time before shipping.
- International orders may take 4-8 weeks to transit to its final destination. We have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Products may be returned for store credit only. No refunds will be issued, and we are not able to hold product for exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date in order to qualify as a return. If you send your package outside of the 30-day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue store credit in the form of 1 gift card for the total amount paid for the merchandise returned (less the shipping label fee).
All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.
Shipping fees will not be credited.
The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Items sold in our sample set sales or outlet. This includes grab bags and mystery quilts.
- Any free products that are given away as part of a promotion.
- Items that have been worn/used or washed.
Defective Claims: In the event that an item arrives defective, please note this issue in your return request that you submit in the returns processing system. Proof of damage/defect (photos) may be required to process request.
Am I able to submit a return request if it has been more than 30 days after purchase?
